Local SEO Heatmap

By default, the SEO section uses a 3x3 grid of 9 heatmap points. It can be expanded up to a 7x7 grid with 49 points. Each heatmap is scored 0 to 100.

How Each Pin is Scored

Rank #110 points
Rank #2 or #38 points
Rank #4 or #56 points
Rank #6 to #104 points
Rank #11 or lower0 points

Ring Weights by Grid Size

3x3Center ring 60%, outer ring 40%
5x5Inner 50%, middle 30%, outer 20%
7x7Inner 40%, ring 2: 25%, ring 3: 20%, outer 15%

How to read your score

100 means you ranked #1 at every single pin. 0 means you did not appear in the top 10 at any location. Nearer pins carry more weight than farther ones, so showing up in the center of your market matters most.

How to Fix It

What AI Tools Are Actually Looking For

ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity ask five questions about every agent before deciding who to recommend. If any answer is no, you're invisible.

01

Is your Google Business Profile optimized?

Your GBP is your digital storefront. If it is incomplete or unoptimized, you are buried — or not showing up at all.

02

Is your contact info consistent everywhere?

Your name, address, and phone number (NAP) are scattered across hundreds of directories. Every inconsistency tells AI you are not trustworthy.

03

Can AI find your reviews on your website?

AI tools crawl your website looking for social proof. Your Google, Zillow, and Facebook reviews need to live there — not just on third-party platforms.

04

Are you responding to reviews the right way?

Every response is a signal. Replies that reinforce your location, expertise, and brand voice carry more weight with AI than generic thank-you messages.

05

Are you consistently collecting new reviews?

Recency matters. A steady flow of new reviews signals that you are active, trusted, and relevant in your market right now.
